Project Overview

Application: Industrial park water reclamation and reuse facility

Location: Inner Mongolia, China

Technology: Integrated ceramic membrane ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis system

Treatment Process

Process Configuration: Flat-sheet ceramic membrane UF + Two-stage RO system

  • Ceramic UF Membrane Flux: 100 L/m²·h (LMH)

  • Total UF Membrane Area: 140 m²

  • Membrane Pore Size: 100 nm (ultrafiltration grade)

  • RO System Configuration: Two-stage reverse osmosis

Project Scope & Services

Engineering Package: Complete solution including:

  • Process design and engineering

  • Equipment supply and procurement

  • Installation and commissioning

  • System startup and operator training

Process Solution

The water reuse system employs a hybrid treatment approach combining 100 nm flat-sheet ceramic membrane ultrafiltration as pretreatment followed by a two-stage reverse osmosis system. This configuration ensures optimal removal of suspended solids, colloids, and dissolved contaminants to produce high-quality reclaimed water suitable for industrial applications.

Design Performance Standards

Compliance: Meets corporate water reuse quality standards.

Project Benefits & Outcomes

Water Resource Recovery: Maximizes water reuse efficiency with 95% recovery rate in second-stage RO

Operational Excellence:

  • Consistent UF pretreatment ensures RO system protection

Environmental Impact: Significant reduction in industrial freshwater consumption through effective wastewater reclamation and reuse
